Appointments:

We strive to provide each customer with the time and attention expected from our studio.

Arriving on the property prior to your designated appointment time jeopardizes the quality of service our customers desire.

For the safety and privacy of Genevieve's family, it is imperative that all business be conducted by appointment only.

There are no exceptions to this policy.

Payment Schedule:

The sitting fee is due at the time of your sitting.

A payment of 50% of your balance is due upon the placement of your order.

Payment Method:

We accept cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard.

An appointment will be set up with you to view your images in the studio.

Proofs may not be removed from the studio for viewing.

Blemishes, eyeglass glare, scratches, misplaced hair and other retouching are not included in print pricing.

Retouching will not be done unless it is requested.

Please inquire about an estimate at the time your order is placed.

The Copyright Act protects photographers by giving the author of the photograph the exclusive right to reproduce your photographs.

It is illegal to copy or reproduce photographs in any manner (including scanning into the computer) without the photographers written permission.

Violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.
